At AT Motocross, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure all original tags and packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original motocross gear bags and shipping box, ensuring all protective stickers and tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
